What data we collect and why
Availability form: name, email address, dates, number of guests and message. We use them only to reply with availability and price and, if you book, to manage your booking.
WhatsApp and email: any data you send us when you get in touch, for the same purpose.
Before arrival: we will ask for the guests’ identity documents to comply with the legal obligation to register travellers.
Your consent when you submit the form or contact us, pre-contractual and contractual measures (your booking), and compliance with legal obligations (traveller registration, invoicing).
How long we keep it
Requests that do not result in a booking are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Booking data is kept for the periods required by law.
Who we share it with
We never sell or pass on your data. Only the providers we need to operate have access: our web host (Raiola Networks, Spain), our email service and, if you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta Platforms. If you book through a platform (Airbnb, Booking), its own policy also applies.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to reserves@grunestudis.com. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (www.apda.ad).

Andorran Qualified Law 29/2021 of 28 October on personal data protection and, for users in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
